ACTIVE®’s ice machine cleaner is designed to deodorize and descale all residential and commercial ice makers. 32 oz bulk bottle offers the same number of treatment as competitors 4, 8oz bottles

  • Deodorizes and cleans machine resulting in fresher ice
  • Non-toxic formulation
  • Safe for nickel, stainless steel & chrome surfaces
  • Helps maintain a properly functioning machine

How to use:

Dilution Mixture: 4oz ACTIVE® Ice Machine Cleaner Descaler per 1 gallon (1:32)

  1. Turn off the ice machine and empty the bin or dispenser of all ice.
  2. If applicable, unscrew the drain cap from the bottom of the water pan and let the water drain out (generally at the rear of the ice storage bin)
  3. Screw the drain cap back on
  4. Pour 2-4 oz of ACTIVE® Ice Machine Cleaner Descaler into the water pan
  5. Pour water into the drain pan to dilute the formula until it is full of water
  6. Activate the clean cycle on your machine
  7. Once the clean cycle is complete, drain any remaining water in the drain pan by unscrewing the drain cap.
  8. Run one final clean cycle.
  9. Wipe the bin's interior to remove water and loose dirt.
  10. Resume ice production

  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@useactive.com. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return. Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
  5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund including any the original shipping costs. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
