  1. Eligibility of Returns: We accept returns of ACTIVE cleaning products within 30 days from the date of delivery. 
  2. Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns of ACTIVE cleaning products. You will receive a full refund for the returned product.
  3. Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the costs associated with returning the product.
  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@useactive.com. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return. Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
  5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund including any the original shipping costs. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
