  3. Submerge Filter: Place the hot tub filter into the cleaning solution, ensuring it is fully submerged.
  4. Soak Overnight: Allow the filter to soak in the solution overnight for maximum cleaning effectiveness.
  5. Rinse Thoroughly: Remove the filter from the solution and rinse it thoroughly with clean water to remove any remaining residue.
  6. Reinstall Filter: Reinstall the cleaned filter back into your hot tub.

  5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund including any the original shipping costs.
